Job Responsibilities:

Manage Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts for cosmetic and baby care products.

Handle product listings, catalogue management, pricing, inventory, and order processing.

Create and optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and product details.

Monitor daily sales, returns, stock availability, and marketplace performance.

Manage the company website and ensure accurate product information and smooth order processing.

Coordinate with courier partners and warehouse teams to ensure timely order dispatch and delivery.

Analyze competitor pricing, product performance, and market trends in the cosmetic and baby care categories.

Monitor customer reviews, ratings, and feedback to improve product listings and customer satisfaction.

Prepare regular sales reports and implement strategies to increase online sales.• Candidate Requirements :

Prior experience in e-commerce operations with a cosmetic, skincare, or baby care brand is preferred.

Hands-on experience managing Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts.

Strong knowledge of product listings, inventory management, order processing, and marketplace operations.

Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
