We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented E-Commerce Account Manager to manage our online marketplaces, grow sales, optimize product listings, and handle our company website.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart, Meesho, and other e-commerce platforms.
Handle daily account operations, orders, inventory, pricing, returns, and account health.
Create and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, keywords, and images.
Manage PPC campaigns, promotions, deals, and advertising budgets.
Monitor sales performance, profitability, and business growth.
Manage website operations, product uploads, pricing, banners, and content updates.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, customer support, and internal teams.
Resolve marketplace issues, policy violations, listing errors, and account-related cases.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Requirements
✅ Minimum 2 years of hands-on e-commerce experience.
✅ Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
✅ Experience with PPC advertising, SEO, and listing optimization.
✅ Knowledge of Shopify or other e-commerce website platforms.
✅ Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
✅ Ability to manage multiple marketplaces independently.
