Role Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and result-driven E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our presence across online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, HealthKart, 1mg, and our own D2C website. The candidate will be responsible for product listings, sales optimization, inventory coordination, and ensuring smooth marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketplace Management
Manage seller accounts on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, HealthKart, Tata 1mg, etc.
Handle onboarding, cataloging, and account health metrics.
Ensure compliance with platform policies.
2. Product Listing & Optimization
Create and optimize product listings (title, bullets, description, keywords).
Upload images, A+ content, and ensure SEO optimization.
Manage pricing, discounts, and promotional campaigns.
3. Order & Inventory Management
Track daily orders, returns, and cancellations.
Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely dispatch.
Maintain stock levels and avoid stock-outs.
4. Performance Marketing Support
Assist in running ads (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.)
Monitor campaign performance and ROI.
Suggest improvements for better conversions.
5. Sales Analysis & Reporting
Track daily/weekly/monthly sales performance.
Analyze product performance and suggest strategies.
Generate MIS reports for management.
6. Customer Handling
Respond to customer queries and reviews.
Handle negative feedback and returns efficiently.
7. Coordination
Work with design, content, and accounts teams.
Coordinate for GST compliance, invoicing, and reconciliations.

Key Skills Required:
Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.
Understanding of SEO for product listings
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing & ads.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
