E-commerce Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven E-commerce Manager to manage and grow our online sales across marketplaces and website. The role involves handling end-to-end e-commerce operations, improving customer experience, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize listings on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.

• Handle product cataloging, pricing, inventory, and promotions

• Plan and execute online sales campaigns, offers, and discounts

• Monitor daily sales, traffic, and conversion performance

• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for order fulfillment

• Manage return, refund, and customer service processes

• Work with digital marketing team on SEO, ads, and social media campaigns

• Analyze data using tools like Google Analytics and marketplace dashboards

• Identify growth opportunities and new online channels

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and marketplaces

• Hands-on experience with seller panels and order management

• Good understanding of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media)

• Data-driven mindset with analytical skills

• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
