Role Overview
We are looking for an E-Commerce Business Associate to manage client marketplace accounts, support e-commerce operations, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage e-commerce marketplace accounts for clients. • Coordinate with clients and understand their business requirements. • Resolve client queries and ensure timely support. • Assist in product listings, promotions, and marketplace activities. • Monitor account performance and identify growth opportunities. • Build and maintain strong client relationships. • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of tasks. • Maintain reports, records, and account documentation.

Requirements
• 0–3 years of experience in E-commerce, Client Servicing, or Account Management. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Good understanding of online marketplaces and e-commerce operations. • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
