Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented E-commerce Manager to manage and grow our online business across multiple marketplaces and our own website. The ideal candidate should have experience in product listings, marketplace management, sales growth, digital marketing coordination, inventory management, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of e-commerce platforms.
Handle marketplace accounts such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Ajio, and other platforms.
Create and optimize product listings (Title, Images, Description, Keywords).
Manage pricing, offers, coupons, and promotional campaigns.
Monitor inventory and coordinate stock availability.
Analyze sales performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
Improve product rankings using SEO and keyword optimization.
Coordinate with the digital marketing team for Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Manage A+ Content, Brand Store, and enhanced product pages.
Handle order processing, returns, customer queries, and seller performance.
Track competitors' pricing and marketing strategies.
Work towards increasing sales, conversion rate, and profitability.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for smooth order fulfillment.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any stream.
2–5 years of experience in E-commerce Management.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple marketplaces simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
Experience with A+ Content.
Knowledge of Brand Registry.
Experience in launching new products.
Basic graphic editing knowledge (Canva/Photoshop).
Understanding of customer buying behavior.
Experience with clothing, furniture, lifestyle, or consumer products is a plus.
