Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listings, marketplace management, order processing, inventory coordination, digital promotions, and ensuring a seamless online customer experience across various e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Manage product listings on the company website and online marketplaces.
Create, update, and optimize product titles, descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, and keywords.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse and operations team to ensure stock availability.
Process customer orders, returns, cancellations, and exchanges efficiently.
Track daily sales performance and prepare regular sales and performance reports. Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and online reviews professionally.
Monitor marketplace performance metrics and implement strategies to improve product visibility and sales.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and festive offers in coordination with the marketing team.
Ensure product information, pricing, and inventory remain accurate across all online platforms.
Stay updated with e-commerce trends, marketplace policies, and competitor activities.
Work closely with the marketing, design, and sales teams to improve the online shopping experience.
Required Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 years of experience in D2C sales.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.
Certification in Digital Marketing or E-commerce will be an added advantage.
Candidate should be based in Delhi NCR/Gurugram.
Preferred Skills
Understanding of e-commerce operations and order management.
Basic knowledge of SEO for product listings.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
