An E-Commerce Executive assists the e-commerce team in managing online sales channels, product listings, and digital operations. The role is usually entry-level and focuses on learning how online retail businesses operate.
Key Responsibilities
Product Listing Management
Upload and update product information (title, description, price, images) on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, or the company’s website.
Ensure product details are accurate and optimized.
Order Processing
Monitor incoming orders.
Coordinate with the warehouse or logistics team for packaging and shipping.
Inventory Management
Track stock levels.
Update inventory data to prevent overselling.
Customer Support
Respond to customer queries via email, chat, or marketplace messaging.
Handle returns, exchanges, and complaints.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
Analyze product performance, traffic, and conversions.
Promotion & Marketing Support
Assist in running online promotions, discounts, and campaigns.
Support digital marketing activities on platforms like Instagram and Facebook.
Competitor Research
Study competitors’ pricing, product listings, and marketing strategies.
Required Skills
