Key Responsibilities
Manage Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho seller accounts.
Handle account management and seller panel operations.
Manage product listings, catalogs, pricing and stock updates.
Maintain sales, inventory and order reports in MS Excel.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly Excel reports.
Use Excel formulas such as SUM, IF, COUNTIF, VLOOKUP and filters.
Maintain product-wise sales and inventory records.
Monitor order status, returns, refunds and cancellations.
Reconcile sales reports and marketplace settlements.
Track account performance and resolve basic listing issues.
Maintain accurate records of products, orders and payments.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho seller panels.
E-commerce Account Management.
Sales & Inventory Reporting.
Basic knowledge of marketplace settlements and reconciliation.
Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
