Manage and optimize product listings across multiple marketplaces.
Handle catalog creation, listing updates, and content optimization.
Monitor sales performance and implement growth strategies.
Manage PPC campaigns on Amazon and other marketplaces.
Analyze sales, traffic, conversion, and advertising data.
Coordinate with design, inventory, warehouse, and customer support teams.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Handle order processing, returns, and customer satisfaction.
Manage promotions, deals, coupons, and seasonal campaigns.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of experience in E-Commerce Marketplace Management.
Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central.
Experience with Shopify, Walmart, Etsy, eBay, Noon, or similar platforms.
Knowledge of SEO, product listing optimization, and PPC advertising.
Strong Excel and reporting skills.
Good communication and analytical abilities.
Experience in fashion, apparel, or lifestyle products is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
Knowledge of ERP, CRM, AI tools, and automation platforms.
Experience managing international marketplaces (USA, UAE, UK, Australia).
