Job Overview

We are looking for a customer-focused Executive – Direct Assist to join the Presales team. The role involves handling walk-in customers and direct enquiries, understanding their property requirements, providing project information, conducting follow-ups and supporting customers throughout the sales journey until booking.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle walk-in customers and direct enquiries for residential projects.

• Understand customer requirements, budget, preferences and investment objectives.

• Provide accurate information regarding project location, configurations, amenities, pricing, payment plans and offers.

• Assist customers in shortlisting suitable properties based on their requirements.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Address customer queries, concerns and objections professionally.

• Coordinate and assist with site visits and customer interactions.

• Support negotiations and contribute towards successful deal closures within company guidelines.

• Ensure proper documentation and timely completion of booking formalities.

• Maintain regular updates and records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

Candidate Profile

• Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.
