About the Role:

Dvilite Technology is looking for a passionate and result-oriented Digital Marketing Lead to drive our digital presence, lead generation, and brand growth. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in performance marketing, social media strategies, SEO, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms

• Manage SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media marketing

• Generate quality leads and improve online brand visibility

• Create and manage content strategies for websites and social media

• Analyze campaign performance and optimize ROI using analytics tools

• Coordinate with design, development, and sales teams for campaign execution

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities

• Lead and mentor the digital marketing team

• Handle email marketing and remarketing campaigns

• Prepare performance reports and marketing insights

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing

• Strong understanding of SEO, paid ads, and social media marketing

• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and SEO tools

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Creative thinking with analytical problem-solving abilities

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in IT industry marketing

• Knowledge of branding and performance marketing

• Content creation and campaign management skills
