Key Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate CSR projects and community initiatives.
Identify suitable NGOs, implementation partners, and community programs.
Conduct research and needs assessments for potential CSR projects.
Manage project budgets, timelines, documentation, and reporting.
Coordinate with NGOs, government bodies, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and measure social impact.
Prepare CSR reports, presentations, dashboards, and management updates.
Maintain proper records, agreements, invoices, utilization certificates, and supporting documents.
Ensure CSR activities comply with applicable laws, policies, and company guidelines.
Support CSR audits, due diligence, impact assessments, and annual reporting.
Organize employee volunteering and engagement activities where applicable.
