CRM Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end CRM process from lead generation and initial contact to admission conversion.

• Handle and track leads generated through Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.

• Ensure all incoming leads are attended to promptly and no lead remains unattended for more than 24 hours.

• Conduct initial counselling with prospective students/parents to understand their requirements and provide relevant program information.

• Assign qualified leads to the appropriate location coordinators based on location and program requirements.

• Closely monitor assigned leads and coordinate with location teams to ensure timely follow-ups and movement through the sales funnel.

• Follow up consistently with prospective students/parents until admission conversion or closure.

• Drive digital lead conversion and admission closures in line with defined monthly targets.

• Monitor lead status, follow-up activities, conversion ratios, and overall funnel performance through the CRM system.

• Ensure accurate and timely updating of all lead-related information and activities on the Meritto platform.

• Identify lead drop-offs and conversion gaps and take corrective actions to improve overall conversion rates.

• Prepare and share regular reports on lead volume, follow-ups, conversions, pending leads, and target achievement.

• Coordinate with the marketing and academic/location teams to ensure effective lead handling and a smooth admission journey.

• Maintain strong communication with prospective students/parents and ensure a positive experience throughout the counselling and admission process.

• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly digital lead conversion and admission targets.
  

Required Skills

• Strong CRM and lead management experience

• Excellent communication and counselling skills

• Strong sales and conversion-oriented approach

• Experience handling digital leads from Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.

• Good knowledge of CRM platforms; experience with Meritto will be an advantage

• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills

• Ability to manage high volumes of leads simultaneously

• Target-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets

• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
