Creative Designer / Fine Artist / Curator

Hybrid / Remote (India)

Salary:

₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)

About the Role

We are looking for creative and passionate Fine Artists, Designers, Sculptors, and Curators to join our growing platform, ArtCultureFestival.in. The selected candidate will play a key role in developing creative collections, managing digital content, and strengthening our artistic identity across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Creative Development

• Design and develop art collections, accessories, and miniature house concepts

• Create original artwork aligned with brand identity

• Contribute to design concepts and creative direction

Product & Marketplace Development

• Prepare designs for online platforms such as Amazon and the official website

• Assist in product presentation, catalog development, and visual storytelling

Digital & Social Media Promotion

• Create visual content for social media platforms

• Support digital campaigns and branding initiatives

• Collaborate on creative content planning

Art Magazine Management

• Assist in managing and curating content for ArtCultureFestival magazine

• Coordinate with artists, contributors, and creative teams

• Support layout planning and editorial design

Revenue & Growth Contribution

• Support initiatives to generate revenue through art, design, and collaborations

• Contribute ideas that help recover operational and salary costs

• Work towards making the role revenue-generating from the initial months

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Background in Fine Arts, Design, Sculpture, or related creative fields

• Strong creative and visual communication skills

• Understanding of digital platforms and branding

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Experience in illustration, sculpture, or accessory design

• Knowledge of design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva

• Familiarity with social media marketing and content creation

• Experience in art curation or exhibitions is an advantage
