Position Overview

HLDS Foundation is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Executive to plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate CSR initiatives. The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal teams, NGOs, government bodies, corporate partners, and community stakeholders to ensure successful execution of projects while delivering measurable social and environmental outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement CSR projects aligned with the Foundation's mission and objectives.

• Conduct research on CSR policies, sustainability practices, ESG initiatives, and community development programs.

• Identify new CSR opportunities and develop project proposals.

• Build and maintain relationships with NGOs, government agencies, educational institutions, corporate partners, and community organizations.

• Coordinate project implementation with internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Organize CSR campaigns, awareness drives, workshops, volunteer programs, and community outreach events.

• Monitor project progress, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.

• Collect and analyze data to measure project impact and prepare impact assessment reports.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual CSR reports, presentations, and documentation.

• Ensure compliance with applicable CSR laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.

• Conduct field visits for project monitoring, stakeholder engagement, and beneficiary assessments.

• Support fundraising proposals, grant applications, and partnership initiatives whenever required.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Management, Public Policy, Environmental Studies, Sociology, Rural Development, or a related field.

• Master's degree is preferred.

• 2–5 years of experience in CSR, sustainability, NGO operations, community development, or social impact projects.

Required Skills

• Strong project planning, execution, and monitoring skills.

• Knowledge of CSR regulations, sustainability frameworks, and social development programs.

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management abilities.

• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience preparing proposals, reports, presentations, and project documentation.

• Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret project data.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

Travel Requirement

• Willingness to travel locally for project visits, stakeholder meetings, CSR events, and community engagement activities.
