Client Relationship Executive

Administrative and operational backbone of a sales team, ensuring smooth, efficient workflows, accurate data management, and prompt customer service.

• Order Processing & Management: Processing customer orders via phone, email, or CRM, verifying pricing and stock availability, and ensuring timely delivery.

• Sales Team Support: Managing sales team calendars, setting appointments, organizing meetings, and providing necessary documentation for sales calls.

• Customer Communication: Acting as the primary contact for client inquiries, resolving issues regarding accounts, and maintaining positive relationships.

• Data & CRM Management: Updating customer information, tracking sales leads, and maintaining accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM system.

• Reporting & Analysis: Preparing sales reports, tracking quotas and KPIs, and assisting management with performance analysis.

• Sales Material Maintenance: Ensuring that sales presentations, brochures, and marketing materials are current and readily available.

• Interdepartmental Coordination: Liaising between sales, marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure effective service delivery.

• Administrative Tasks: Organizing sales incentives, coordinating travel, and managing team documentation.
