4. Lead Generation & Conversion:

• Manage and track prospective student leads using CRM tools.

• Train and support admission counselors to effectively convert leads into enrollments.

• Monitor and report on conversion metrics.

5. Stakeholder Engagement:

• Engage with alumni, corporate sponsors, and education influencers for outreach opportunities.

• Provide regular reports to leadership on outreach ROI and pipeline performance.

  Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Marketing, Business, Education, or related field).

  • 6 months –2 years of experience in business development, admissions, or marketing in the education sector or FMCG or Insurance or distribution etc.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to travel for outreach and events.
