About the Role

Nag Interiors Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Executive / BDM to join our Hyderabad team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are interested in sales, marketing, client relationship management, and corporate office interior solutions.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential corporate clients, generating business leads, building relationships with decision-makers, and supporting the sales team in converting opportunities into projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, references, and market research.

• Identify companies planning new offices, office expansions, renovations, or relocation projects.

• Connect with HR, Admin, Facility, Procurement, and decision-makers of corporate organizations.

• Understand client requirements and introduce Nag Interiors' corporate office interior solutions.

• Arrange meetings and site visits with prospective clients.

• Maintain regular follow-up with potential and existing clients.

• Coordinate with the design, estimation, and project teams for client requirements.

• Maintain a database of leads, prospects, meetings, and follow-ups.

• Achieve monthly lead-generation and business-development targets.

• Build long-term professional relationships with clients.

Eligibility & Skills

• Graduate in any discipline.

• MBA – Marketing / Sales preferred, but not mandatory.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confident and presentable personality.

• Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, email, and LinkedIn.

• Willingness to learn about corporate office interior design and construction.

• Candidates with a strong interest in sales and business development are preferred.
