Role Overview

We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to support our growth efforts. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn about sales, client acquisition, and agency operations in the media & creative industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients, brands, and business opportunities

• Assist in lead generation through online platforms, email outreach, and cold calling

• Support the team in preparing proposals

• Maintain and update lead databases and CRM sheets

• Coordinate with internal teams to understand services and offerings

• Follow up with prospects and assist in closing discussions

• Track outreach efforts and report insights to the team

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Interest in sales, marketing, or business development

• Basic understanding of digital media, marketing, or creative services (preferred)

• Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

• Self-driven, organized, and eager to learn

Nice to Have

• Prior internship or coursework in marketing, sales, or business

• Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach or email marketing

• Interest in media, advertising, or video production
