The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving new client acquisition, developing and nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the agency’s revenue growth.
This role is essential in identifying business opportunities, supporting pitch development, collaborating across internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and chasing growth projections year on year.
The individual will act as both a client-facing strategist and an internal coordinator to help expand the agency’s portfolio and market reach.

This role involves both online and offline promotions, customer engagement and branding activities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹35000 - ₹70000 and growth opportunities in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
Coordinate with vendors, partners and internal teams
Handle promotions, events and BTL (Below The Line) marketing activities
Collect market data and competitor insights
Support lead generation, build brand's image and awareness
Conduct market research, develop advertising strategies and create campaigns
Manage your brand’s social image on channels like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube etc.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience. The position also requires strong communication skills, basic knowledge of marketing tools, AI tools and a creative approach.
