Business Development Executive

C Systems Pvt. Ltd. is an Indian manufacturer of specialized electronic and building-service solutions for commercial buildings, data centres, critical facilities and infrastructure projects.

Our product range includes Addressable Water Leak Detection Systems, Environmental Monitoring Systems, Physical Security Solutions, Fire & Damper Control Solutions and IoT/BMS-integrated products.

We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Business Development Executive – B2B Sales & Marketing to expand our market presence and develop existing & new business opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

• Visit MEP consultants, HVAC consultants, architects, ELV consultants, electrical consultants, contractors, system integrators, facility managers, builders and project companies.

• Introduce and promote C Systems products to prospective customers.

• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with consultants and business partners.

• Generate leads through field visits, telephone calls, email, networking and market research.

• Follow up on leads, enquiries, quotations and proposals until conversion.

• Work towards getting C Systems products specified in projects and consultant recommendations.

• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team when detailed technical support is required.

• Maintain a database of prospects, contacts, enquiries and sales opportunities.

• Prepare regular reports on customer visits, leads, enquiries and sales pipeline.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly business-development targets.

The candidate shall have the interest in meeting people, developing relationships, generating leads, following up and converting opportunities into business.

A strong technical background is not required. Product and application training will be provided by C Systems.
