Job Title: Brand Promoter (Retail Sales)

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reporting To: Sales Manager / Store Manager / BDM

Job Purpose:

The Brand Promoter (Retail Sales) is responsible for representing the brand,

creating awareness among customers, promoting products, generating sales, providing

product demonstrations, and ensuring excellent customer experience at retail outlets,

exhibitions, events, and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Engagement & Brand Promotion

 Act as the face of the Wow Nandi brand at retail counters, exhibitions, and

promotional events.

 Approach customers, understand their requirements, and explain product benefits.

 Create awareness about Wow Nandi’s Panchgavya-based, eco-friendly, and

sustainable products.

 Build strong customer relationships and enhance brand visibility.

2. Product Knowledge & Demonstration

 Maintain complete knowledge of Wow Nandi products, features, benefits, usage, and

pricing.

 Demonstrate products effectively to customers.

 Explain the unique value proposition of products compared with conventional

alternatives.

 Handle customer queries related to products, usage, and benefits.

3. Sales Generation & Target Achievement

 Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

 Convert customer enquiries into successful sales.

 Upsell and cross-sell relevant products, combos, and gifting solutions.

 Promote special offers, schemes, subscriptions, and seasonal campaigns.

4. Retail Store Management

 Maintain attractive product displays and ensure proper merchandising.

 Check product availability, stock levels, and product arrangement.

 Coordinate with store teams for smooth sales operations.

 Ensure the retail area remains clean, organized, and customer-friendly.

5. Customer Service & Relationship Management

 Provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales support.

 Collect customer feedback and share insights with the sales team.

 Resolve basic customer concerns professionally.

 Encourage repeat purchases and customer loyalty.

6. Lead Generation & Reporting

 Collect customer details and generate potential leads.

 Maintain daily sales reports and customer interaction records.

 Share market feedback, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

 Submit daily activity reports to the reporting manager.

7. Marketing Activities & Events

 Participate in exhibitions, corporate events, fairs, and promotional campaigns.

 Support product launches and brand awareness activities.

 Distribute marketing materials and educate customers.

 Represent Wow Nandi professionally at all events.

Preferred Candidate Profile

 Experience in retail sales, FMCG, lifestyle, wellness, or premium products preferred.

 Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.

 Passion for customer interaction and brand promotion.
