Haircare & Skincare Industry
We are looking for an experienced and creative Brand Manager to lead branding, marketing,
and communication strategies for our haircare and skincare brands. The ideal candidate
should have a strong understanding of the beauty industry, consumer behavior, digital
marketing, and brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute branding and marketing strategies for haircare and skincare
products.
• Manage overall brand communication across social media, advertising, packaging,
campaigns, and promotions.
• Plan and oversee product launches, influencer collaborations, shoots, and marketing
campaigns.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, content writers, and digital
marketing teams for campaign execution.
• Analyze market trends, customer preferences, competitor activities, and beauty
industry insights.
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and customer touchpoints.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to increase brand awareness and
customer engagement.
• Build relationships with influencers, creators, agencies, and promotional partners.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports and growth strategies.
Requirements
• 2–5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or beauty industry
branding.
• Strong understanding of skincare, haircare, cosmetics, and beauty market trends.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, influencer marketing, and social media branding.
• Creative mindset with strong strategic thinking ability.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
Preferred Skills
• Experience in beauty, cosmetics, wellness, or fashion industry.
• Knowledge of product branding, packaging aesthetics, and consumer psychology.
• Understanding of paid marketing campaigns and brand collaborations
