Position: Brand Promoter

Job Location:

• Kattupakkam – Tiruvallur D Mart
• Hosur D Mart
• Chettipunniam – Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹14,000/- NTH (Freshers)
• Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹18,000/- NTH
• Incentives: ₹3 ,000
• Benefits: ESI & PF benefits

Shift Details:

• Shift 2 Rotation
• Timings:

• 07:00 AM to 04:00 PM

• 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM

Eligibility Criteria:

• Gender: Male & Female
• Age: Below 35 years
• Qualification: 12th Pass to Any Degree
• Experience: Freshers to 3 Years

Job Responsibilities:

• Promote Crompton products and engage customers
• Explain product features and conduct demos
• Maintain proper product display and visibility
• Achieve assigned sales targets
• Monitor stock and coordinate with store staff

Week Off Details:

• Weekday leave only
• No weekend (Saturday & Sunday) week off

Documents Required:

• Aadhaar Card
• PAN Card
• Bank Passbook
• Educational Certificates

Important Notes:

1. Experienced candidates must submit last 3 months’ payslips from the previous company; otherwise, they will be considered as freshers.

2. 1st level interview will be conducted by Genius HRTech Limited.
   Only candidates who are genuinely willing to work as a Brand Promoter will be processed for the next level.
