⏰ Working Hours: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM

💰 Salary & Benefits

• In-hand Salary: ₹18,000 per month

• Variable Pay: ₹2,000

• PF: As per company policy

📋 Job Responsibilities

• Promote Superplum products and fresh fruits in retail stores.

• Engage with customers and explain product quality, features, and benefits.

• Encourage customers to try and purchase products.

• Maintain attractive product displays and proper merchandising.

• Monitor product availability and coordinate with store staff.

• Achieve sales and brand promotion targets.

• Maintain positive customer relationships and provide an excellent shopping experience.

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in FMCG, retail stores, or brand promotion.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Confident, presentable, and customer-oriented.

• Comfortable working in a retail store environment during the specified shift.
