Key Responsibilities
Brand Management
Develop, implement, and maintain brand guidelines across all business functions.
Ensure consistency of brand identity across digital, print, retail, and marketing channels.
Review and approve marketing, promotional, and communication materials from a brand compliance perspective.
Work closely with Marketing, Design, Product, and Business teams to strengthen brand positioning.
Monitor brand performance and recommend improvements.
Compliance Management
Ensure compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and internal company policies.
Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on business operations.
Conduct periodic compliance audits and identify potential risks.
Develop and implement compliance policies, SOPs, and process documentation.
Coordinate with Legal, Quality, Operations, and other departments on compliance matters.
Maintain compliance records and prepare reports for management.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand and compliance objectives are achieved.
Provide compliance awareness and training to employees.
Support internal and external audits.
Required Skills & Experience
5–8 years of experience in Brand Management, Compliance, Marketing Compliance, or Corporate Governance.
Strong understanding of brand governance and regulatory compliance.
Experience in policy development, audit coordination, and risk management.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
Experience in Healthcare, Retail, FMCG, E-commerce, or Pharmaceutical industries will be preferred.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Law, Pharmacy, or a related field.
MBA or relevant professional certification will be an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks applicable to healthcare and retail businesses.
Experience in ISO standards, internal audits, and compliance reporting.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
