Back Office Assistant

We are looking for a Back Office Assistant to join our team at Globinera Marketing to help plan and execute marketing and other office responsibilities . This role involves both online and offline promotions, customer engagement and branding activities plus back office work as and when required. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10000 - ₹14000 and growth opportunities in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing and BD campaigns

• Coordinate with vendors, partners and internal teams

• Handle promotions business dev and marketing activities

• Collect market data and competitor insights

• Support lead generation, build brand's image and awareness

• Conduct market research, develop advertising strategies and create campaigns

• Manage your brand’s social image on channels like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube etc.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 5 years of experience. The position also requires strong communication skills, basic knowledge of marketing tools, AI tools and a creative approach.
