• Resident Marketing Manager:

(Resident Marketing Managers will be based at the respective city locations and handle the same work scope.)

🎓 Qualification

• MBA in Marketing
  OR

• BBA in Marketing

🧠 Experience

• 5 to 6 years of relevant experience

• Stability required: Minimum 5–6 years in one organization

• Age limit: Up to 40 years

• Candidates must have speed, efficiency, and a fluent working style

• Field experience in same or similar manufacturing industry preferred

🔍 Key Responsibilities (Same for all locations)

• Execute marketing & business development activities for manufacturing products

• Handle field marketing, customer visits, and market expansion

• Generate and follow up on leads, enquiries, and key accounts

• Coordinate with HO (Vadodara) for pricing, production, and dispatch

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis

• Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts, and market feedback

• Support management in achieving sales and growth targets

🎯 Preferred Candidate Profile

• Immediate joiners will be given first preference

• For Vadodara role: Candidates residing near POR / Bamangam preferred

• Experience in manufacturing / packaging / chemical industry

• Stable job history

• Willing to travel as per business requirement
