Job Title: Welder

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures and equipment through various welding techniques, ensuring high-quality workmanship and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications

• Perform welding using techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Arc welding

• Cut, grind, and prepare metal components before welding

• Inspect welded surfaces for defects and ensure quality standards

• Operate welding equipment and maintain tools properly

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

• Repair and maintain metal structures and equipment

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors on projects

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Welder or similar role

• Knowledge of welding tools and procedures

• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints

• Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination

• Physical stamina and strength

• Familiarity with safety standards and PPE usage

• ITI certification or equivalent (preferred)

Skills:

• MIG / TIG / Arc welding

• Metal fabrication

• Problem-solving skills

• Time management

• Teamwork

Working Conditions:

• Exposure to heat, sparks, and heavy equipment

• May require standing for long hours

• Use of protective gear is mandatory

Salary Range:

• Depends on experience and location (e.g., ₹30,000 – ₹35,000/month in India)

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 3 - 5 years of experience.
