JOB VACANCY: FABRICATOR WELDER (MONTHLY SALARY BASIS)

Job Location: Darukhana, Reay Road, South Mumbai (Near Station)

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Working Hours: 10 AM – 7 PM (6 Days a week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Read, understand, and execute fabrication according to technical 2D/3D furniture drawings and designs.

• Perform high-precision MIG, TIG, and ARC welding on MS (Mild Steel), SS (Stainless Steel), and CRCA sheets.

• Operate manufacturing workshop machinery including cutting, grinding, sheet bending, and drilling tools.

• Ensure neat, clean, and seamless weld lines suitable for high-end retail showroom aesthetic finishes (powder-coated or PVD-coated furniture).

• Coordinate with the wood-working carpentering team to perfectly fit metal frame structures onto modular units.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience in furniture, display rack, or modular kiosk fabrication.

• Technical Skills: Strong expertise in MIG/TIG welding and sheet metal bending alignment.

• Certification: ITI Welder / ITI Fitter preferred but not mandatory if practical hands-on experience is outstanding.

• Traits: Absolute precision in dimensions, punctual, and local to Mumbai Central/Harbour line areas.

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 (Based on experience and trial test evaluation)

• Overtime (OT) pay provided.

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
