Welder

We are looking for a Welder to join our team at Snp Water Infra. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10,000 - ₹20,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications

• Prepare metal surfaces by cleaning, cutting, and aligning materials

• Set up and operate welding equipment (MIG, TIG, arc welding)

• Join metal parts using appropriate welding techniques

• Inspect finished welds for strength, accuracy, and defects

• Repair and maintain metal structures or equipment

• Use tools like grinders, cutters, and measuring instruments

• Follow safety standards and wear protective gear

• Maintain welding equipment and tools in good condition

• Ensure work meets quality standards and project deadlines

• Handle different metals like steel, aluminum, and stainless steel

• Work with team members such as engineers and fabricators

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
