Welder

We are looking for a Welder to join our team at Saraswat Equipments & Services. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out arc welding, gas cutting, and fabrication work for DRP equipment and structures

• Perform maintenance welding of rotary kiln, cooler, ducts, ESP, conveyors, and structural components

• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols

• Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance welding jobs

• Ensure proper joint preparation, alignment, and finishing of welded parts

• Conduct repair and strengthening of worn-out components

• Maintain welding equipment, tools, and consumables in good condition

• Follow safety procedures, including use of PPE and hot work permits

• Assist fitters and mechanical team in shutdown and maintenance activities

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and minimize rework

Job Requirements:

• ITI in Welder / Fabrication Trade (preferred)

• Certification in welding processes is an added advantag

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Sponge Iron / Steel Plant / Heavy Industry

• Hands-on experience in DRP or kiln-related welding work preferred

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 6 months - 6+ years Experience.
