We are looking for a Welder to join our team at Perfect Zone. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹25000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:Perform arc welding (SMAW/Stick Welding) on MS, SS, and structural steel

Read and interpret welding drawings, blueprints, and job specifications

Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, and cleaning before welding

Ensure proper alignment and strong weld joints

Inspect welds for defects and ensure quality standards

Operate welding machines, grinders, and hand tools safely

Follow safety rules, PPE guidelines, and site instructions

Carry out minor repair and maintenance welding work

Coordinate with supervisors and site engineers for job completion

Skills & Requirements:

Proven experience as an Arc Welder

Knowledge of different electrodes and welding positions

Ability to work independently and in a team

Basic knowledge of safety standards and welding procedures

Physically fit to work at site and heights (if required)

ITI Welder certification preferred

Experience:

2–5 years of relevant arc welding experience

Work Location:

Construction site / Workshop
