Full Time
Perform TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding on aluminum and mild steel components used in EV two-wheeler frames and sub-assemblies.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
Fabricate and assemble parts according to technical specifications and tolerances.
Inspect welds for accuracy, defects, and compliance with quality standards.
Maintain welding equipment and ensure it operates safely and efficiently.
Collaborate with design and production teams to resolve fabrication issues.
Follow workplace safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Support continuous improvement initiatives in fabrication processes.
