Welder

We are looking for a MIG WELDER to join our team at Mita India Private Limited. The role involves welding parts and material. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹16,000 - ₹25,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Equipment Setup: Calibrate welding machines by adjusting wire feed speed, voltage, and gas flow rates.

• Material Preparation: Measure, cut, clean, and grind metal components before assembly.

• Welding Execution: Execute precise welds in various positions (e.g., flat, vertical, overhead) to join structural components.

• Quality Assurance: Inspect weld strength and dimensions. Test for defects like cracks or porosity using precision instruments.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is (WELDER) and 1 - 4 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
