Welder

We are looking for a Welder to join our team at Mita India Private Limited. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹16,000 - ₹18,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welding Operations: Perform high-quality, efficient MIG (GMAW) welding on various metals.

• Blueprint Interpretation: Read, understand, and follow technical drawings, engineering specifications, and work orders.

• Equipment Setup: Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot welding machines, including adjusting voltage, amperage, wire feed speed, and gas flow rates.

• Material Prep: Clean, measure, cut, and grind metal surfaces before welding.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass with ITI welder and 0 - 2 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
