1–3 years of experience in structural welding, preferably in construction or industrial settings.
Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in MIG, TIG, or Stick (Arc) welding techniques.
Blueprint Reading: Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects, work in confined spaces or at heights, and endure outdoor weather conditions.
