Job Description – Welder (Aluminium Welding)

Position: Welder – Aluminium Welding
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on experience
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Job Summary

IRI Equipment India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled Welder with hands-on experience in aluminium welding to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should be capable of performing quality welding work with precision and maintaining safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Perform aluminium welding as per technical requirements and specifications.
Read and understand basic engineering drawings and welding instructions.
Ensure proper weld quality, strength, and finishing.
Inspect welded components and rectify welding defects when required.
Maintain welding tools, equipment, and a clean, safe workstation.
Follow workplace safety procedures and production quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of practical experience in aluminium welding.
Good knowledge of aluminium welding techniques and equipment.
Ability to produce neat, strong, and accurate weld joints.
Knowledge of basic fabrication and measurement tools is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary & Benefits
