Welder

We are looking for a Welder to join our team at pennar industries The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assembly and installation: Install and assemble new machinery, equipment, and components using hand and power tools. 

• ∙ Maintenance and repair: Conduct routine maintenance, inspect equipment, and repair malfunctioning or broken machinery to minimize downtime and ensure continuous production. 

• ∙ Blueprint interpretation: Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to understand component specifications and construction methods. 

• ∙ Fabrication: Use tools like shears, power saws, grinders, and welding equipment to cut, shape, and fabricate structural and mechanical components from raw materials. 

• ∙ Quality control: Inspect fabricated components to ensure they meet the correct size, shape, and quality specifications. 

• ∙ Safety and compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines, company policies, and industry standards at all times, and ensure equipment compliance with safety regulations. 

• ∙ Collaboration: Work with production teams, engineers, and other colleagues to optimize equipment performance and troubleshoot issues. 

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 2 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
