TIG WELDER(Aluminium, Stainless Steel & Mild Steel)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and skilled TIG Welder with 2–5 years of hands-on experience in welding Aluminium, Stainless Steel (SS), and Mild Steel (MS). The candidate should have practical knowledge of TIG/Argon welding, drawing interpretation, joint preparation, and quality inspection to ensure accurate and high-quality welding work.

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform TIG welding on Aluminium, Stainless Steel (SS), and Mild Steel (MS).

2. Carry out joint fit-up, preparation, and welding as per technical drawings and WPS.

3. Read and understand engineering drawings and welding specifications.

4. Inspect weld quality, finishing, dimensions, and ensure defect-free welding.

5. Handle thin sheets, pipes, and different metal components.

6. Maintain welding machines, tools, and consumables such as tungsten electrodes, filler rods, and Argon gas.

7. Ensure proper welding techniques and maintain productivity standards.

8. Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean working area.
   

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in TIG welding.

• Education: ITI (Welder) or equivalent qualification. Experienced candidates can also apply.

• Practical experience in Aluminium, SS, and MS welding.

• Knowledge of AC/DC TIG welding machine settings.

• Ability to perform thin-sheet and pipe welding.

• Knowledge of engineering drawings and welding procedures.

• Practical experience in Argon welding.

• Knowledge of pressure welding and leak-proof welding will be preferred.

• Shift: Day Shift.

• Working Hours: 8–9 hours per day.
