Welder

We are looking for a Welder to join our team at TKIL Industries Private Limited. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹24,980 - ₹34,820 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Fabrication & Welding

· Perform high-quality welding usingTIG, ARC techniques based on project requirements.

· Read and interpret blueprints, ISO drawings, and welding symbols to determine layouts.

· Set up components for welding by manual fitting, using clamps, and tack-welding.

2. Technical Execution

· Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments.

· Clean and prepare surfaces to be welded; grind and finish welds to meet quality specifications.

· Monitor equipment for performance issues and perform routine maintenance on welding torches and gas regulators.

3. Quality & Inspection

· Conduct visual inspections of welds for defects such as cracks, porosity, or slag inclusion.

· Use measuring tools (calipers, squares) to ensure the final product matches the specified dimensions.

· Comply with industry standards (e.g., ASME, AWS) and pass required X-ray or ultrasonic tests for critical joints

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 1 - 6 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
