Opening: VMC Operator
Experience: 02 to 05 Years
Qualification: ITI/Diploma - Mechanical
Salary Budget: 35000/M Gross

Key Responsibilities:
1. Operate VMC machines for precision component manufacturing.

2. Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.

3. Set up jobs, tools, fixtures, and workpieces on VMC machines.

4. Load and execute CNC programs and make basic program corrections when required.

5. Perform tool offset and work offset adjustments.

6. Measure components using vernier calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and other inspection instruments.

7. Maintain required dimensional accuracy and surface finish.

8. Monitor machining operations and identify tool wear or machine abnormalities.

9. Follow production schedules and achieve daily production targets.

10. Maintain proper housekeeping and follow safety procedures.

11. Coordinate Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to resolve machining-related issues.

12. Record production and inspection details as required.
