Key Responsibilities

Machine Operation

• Operate VMC machines safely and efficiently.

• Load and unload workpieces and fixtures.

• Run CNC programs as per production requirements.

• Monitor machining operations and make minor offset corrections.

• Ensure components are produced within specified tolerances.

Setup Activities

• Perform machine setup as per job requirements.

• Install and align fixtures, jigs, and cutting tools.

• Set tool offsets and work coordinates.

• Verify first-piece approval before mass production.

Quality Control

• Inspect machined components using measuring instruments.

• Maintain dimensional accuracy as per drawings.

• Identify and report quality deviations.

• Ensure compliance with customer and company quality standards.

Machine Maintenance

• Perform daily machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.

• Check coolant levels, lubrication systems, and machine condition.

• Report machine abnormalities and breakdowns promptly.

Documentation

• Maintain production records and machine logs.

• Record tool usage, rejection data, and downtime.

• Follow work instructions and process documentation.

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 4 - 6 years of experience.
