Set up and operate VMC machines (Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi control) as per production requirements.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, job sheets, and CNC programs.
Perform tool offset, work offset, and coordinate system settings as required.
Ensure first piece inspection and maintain dimensional accuracy during production.
Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot machining or dimensional issues and communicate with supervisors for corrective actions.
Monitor cutting conditions (feeds, speeds, coolant) to ensure part quality and tool life.
Maintain proper documentation of production reports, inspection reports, and machine history.
Follow all safety and quality protocols in the workplace.
