Job Title: VMC Operator
Department: Production / Manufacturing
Location: Peenya (chokkasandra village)
Experience: 1 – 3 Years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 (In-hand)
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled VMC Operator to operate and manage Vertical Machining Center (VMC) machines for precision manufacturing. The candidate should have good knowledge of machine operations, the ability to understand engineering drawings, and familiarity with machine control systems.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor VMC machines to perform machining operations as per production requirements.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Set up tools, fixtures, and workpieces in the machine.
Understand and operate machine control systems effectively.
Ensure accuracy and quality of machined components.
Perform routine machine checks and basic maintenance.
Follow safety procedures and company guidelines during machine operation.
Coordinate with the production and quality teams when required.
Required Skills
Good machine knowledge and machining concepts.
Ability to understand and operate machine control systems.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Hands-on experience in VMC machine operation.
Basic understanding of cutting tools and machining parameters.
Qualification
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or any relevant technical qualification.
Experience
Minimum 1 year and Maximum 3 years of experience as a VMC Operator.
