Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, edit, and optimize CNC programs for FANUC VMC machines.

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and process sheets.

• Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machining parameters.

• Perform machine setup, prove-out, and first-off inspection.

• Troubleshoot program and machining issues to reduce cycle time and rejection.

• Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams.

• Ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish as per specifications.

• Maintain program backups, tool offsets, and process documentation.

• Follow safety standards and maintain good housekeeping.

Job Requirements:

• ITI / Diploma / BE in Mechanical or related field.

• Strong hands-on experience in FANUC VMC programming.

• Good knowledge of G-code & M-code.

• Experience with drilling, tapping, milling, and contour machining.

• Familiar with measuring instruments and inspection methods.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in aluminum extrusion or manufacturing industry.

• Knowledge of CAM software (Mastercam / NX / Fusion – added advantage).

• Ability to work independently and handle production pressure.

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 3 - 5 years of experience.
