1. Machine Setup

Load raw material (workpiece) into the machine
Install and align cutting tools
Set machine parameters (speed, feed, offsets)

2. Programming (Basic/Advanced)

Read CNC programs (G-code, M-code)
Sometimes create or edit programs using software like Mastercam or Fusion 360
Input programs into the VMC machine

3. Operation

Start and monitor machine operations
Ensure smooth machining process
Adjust settings if required during operation

4. Quality Inspection

Measure finished parts using tools (vernier caliper, micrometer)
Ensure parts meet drawing specifications
Identify defects and correct issues

5. Maintenance

Perform basic machine maintenance
Clean machine and workspace
Check coolant levels and lubrication

6. Safety

Follow safety procedures
Wear PPE (gloves, goggles, safety shoes)
Avoid machine hazards.
