VMC Operator

Job Location: Ambatture
Experience: 1–5 Years
Salary: As per company standards

Job Responsibilities:

Operate VMC (Vertical Machining Center) machines safely and efficiently.
Perform tool changing and tool setting as per production requirements.
Set and update Z-Offset values accurately for machining operations.
Load and unload components on the machine.
Monitor machining processes and ensure product quality.
Check dimensions using measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and Height Gauge.
Maintain production records and machine logs.
Follow safety standards and company procedures.
Coordinate with supervisors and quality teams to achieve production targets.
