VMC Machine operator

We are looking for a VMC Machine operator to join our team at Acrobot Technologies. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate Vertical Machining Center (VMC) machines.

• Load/unload workpieces and perform tool setting & offsets.

• Read engineering drawings and GD&T specifications.

• Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs (G-code/Fanuc/CAM).

• Inspect components using measuring instruments.

• Ensure dimensional accuracy and quality standards.

• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.

• Follow safety procedures and maintain workplace cleanliness.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 6 months - 1 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.

Qualifications:

Education:

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Tool & Die Making, or related trade.

Skills:

1. Proficient in CNC programming and understanding of G-code/M-code.

2.Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and tolerances.

3.Skilled in precision measuring tools and inspection techniques.
